Accident At A Hydraulic Fracturing Site
An accident at a hydraulic fracturing site in northern Colorado that killed one worker and injured two others occurred earlier this month. According to a report on the Greeley Tribune, Matthew Smith, the worker who died, was hit with a stream of water. No other information is available at this time.
The two other workers that were injured were Thomas Sedlmayr and Grant Casey.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is already investigating the incident to come up with ways to prevent such accidents from happening again. The investigation will reportedly last about a month.
