Navy to provide flame resistant work clothing for all US sailors
This article from the StarTribune is very interesting concerning the US Navy and their work uniforms for sailors.
It goers to show how a lack of education can contribute to dangerous situations even for the Navy. Having performed certain burn tests the Navy has learned the risks involved in not wearing flame resistant clothing.
Coveralls supplied to the sailors will be converted over to flame resistant over the next 3 years.
