Fracking With Diesel In Drilling

Government guidelines intended to protect drinking water require fracking companies to obtain permits before using diesel energy power in the process. This is in order to control and restrict the diesel from reaching depths that will affect the source of our drinking water.
Diesel contains components that can cause health problems so there has to be a way to control the use of diesel in concrete and steel well facilitates that keep those components from getting into the groundwater.

There needs to be extensive control if diesel power energy is used during the fracking process, in part because of its benzene content. Diesel can be used for example, as an oiling component for pipe that goes underground.
Four chemicals in diesel being benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene are the biggest concern for environmental and health officials. Benzene is a known carcinogen while Ethylbenzene and toluene can cause neurological problems.

“While hydro-fracking provides apparent financial benefits, there can be grave environmental costs because of the use of diesel.
The process of fracking has really exploded and with all the bore holes being pocked in the ground we have to wonder about the effect this will have on our environment.
Research shows that while fracking does not normally contaminate the ground water with methane, poorly developed bore holes with leaky pipes can allow the chemical components to leach into the drinking water resources.
